Tickets are un refundable. In the event of an event cancellation, the face value of the ticket shall be refunded. Refunds do not apply to cancellations caused by poor weather conditions, acts of god, or any reason out of the organisers control. All performers are included in the ticket line up, but is subject to changes, and cannot be guaranteed. Refunds shall not be provided in relation to artist cancellations.
The festival site: The festival site encompasses all areas, car parks and fields belonging to Kincardine Garden and Estate. No entrance of trespassing to areas of the site that have clearly marked as outside the site boundaries. Remain in the established event site boundaries.
Strictly 18 + event: the event management team reserves the right to refuse admission, if no proof of id is provided. proof of id can only be made with the following: original photo id with proof of age, passport, valid driving license. All staff, box offices and security will be permitted to carry out a challenge 25 policy.
Right of Admission: the event management team and reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone they deem unfit for the event, and also have the right to eject any ticket holder from the event site without an issued refund.
Aggressive and Anti Social behaviour WILL STRICTLY NOT BE TOLERATED. And will be dealt with swiftly, meaning immediate ejection from the event site or they shall be handed over to Police Scotland. Any abuse towards event staff, security, stewards will strictly not be tolerated.
Tickets: Tickets that have already been scanned into the venue shall not be accepted. E tickets are accepted as long as they are valid. We are open to helping you gain entry without ticket in hand. Please do not buy tickets from anyone or touts and purchase them through our official Ticket partner.
Bus Tickets: BUS TICKETS WILL BE VALID FOR A RETURN JOURNEY TO AND FROM THE VENUE, THE SAME TICKETING POLICY APPLIES. Unless otherwise stated, your bus ticket is only valid on the departure time purchased with an open return policy.
Lost or Altered Wristbands: All attendees and bus travellers will be required to wear the relevant wristbands throughout the event, issued by official ticketing staff or the box office. no wristband or the wrong wristband will result with ejection from the event site. tampered or removed wristbands will be declared tampered and will not be replaced.
Glass, dangerous objects, fireworks, animals, illegal substances and legal highs: none of these are permitted at the event venue and will be confiscated; use of fireworks will result in immediate ejection; animals will be impounded at owner’s expense; patrons’ clothing and bags will be searched at gates. Please follow security procedures. Any abusive actions taken towards security will result in immediate ejection.
Alcohol: NO ALCOHOL SHALL BE PERMITTED ON SITE. all on site bars shall conduct a 25 challenge policy. only 4 drinks can be purchased at any one time.
Drugs Policy: No drugs or ‘legal highs’ other than prescription drugs are allowed at the festival. Drug enforcement laws are as applicable on site as anywhere else in the country. Security will be on site and will deal with drug offences in accordance with national guidelines. If you engage in the unlawful supply of drugs YOU SHALL BE HANDED TO POLICE SCOTLAND WHO WILL BE PRESENT ON SITE.

THE EVENT ORGANISERS SHALL DISCLAIM LIABILITY FOR DEAHT OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE OF THE PROMOTER, ITS STAFF OR AGENTS OR ANY PERSON WHILST LEAVIN THE EVENT SITE. The event organisers disclaim any injury or death as a result of the site, weather conditions.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland and the Scottish courts have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of dispute.
